Human rights are used during war as a tool to prevent harm to civilians. The Zionist regime has ratified numerous human rights treaties and its actions in the recent Gaza war are a violation of the obligations arising from these treaties; In addition, many international customary rules include the observance of human rights, which is mandatory for everyone, including Israel. Human rights include economic, social, cultural, civil, and political rights, and according to the reports of some human rights organizations, many of its standards have been violated by the occupying regime during the recent war in Gaza. In this article, we want to use a descriptive and analytical method from different aspects of human rights violations in Gaza from the point of view of attacks on medical centers and the injured, siege and imprisonment, forced population transfer, targeting civilians, cutting off water, electricity and fuel. prevent the entry of humanitarian aid, sexual harassment, attacks on schools, mosques and historical places.
